Gordon-Frishman Beach Among Top Ten Urban Beaches

Tel Aviv’s Gordon-Frishman Beach is one of top ten urban beaches in the world, according to Smarter Travel.

“If Jerusalem is Israel's responsible, buttoned-up firstborn child, then Tel Aviv is the fun, freewheeling youngest sibling.” Tel Aviv has 13 beaches that stretch over eight miles along the Mediterranean Sea. The Gordon-Frishman Beach is closest to the city core and is full of beach bars, DJs, volleyball courts and other amenities for the cosmopolitan crowd.
